All smoked items are made only from the freshest locally produced meats & poultry, and the fish is straight from local docks, literally right off the boat! For seasoning, Jim combines the finest herbs and spices with the most aromatic woods, to create a unique blend of flavors for which his Smokehouse has now become famous.

Located in Cayucos, a lovely scenic beach town along the beautiful Central Coast of California, Ruddell’s tried and true recipes, which keep locals and tourists alike coming back for more, are now available for you to enjoy.
